These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ArtCoreAI platform at artcoreai.com, operated by FURIOUSTEAM FZCO, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ArtCoreAI.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. One person may not maintain multiple accounts.
ArtCoreAI provides AI-powered content creation tools including image generation, video generation, text-to-speech, lip sync, social media publishing, and related services. We use third-party AI engines (Kling AI, Google Gemini, OpenAI, ElevenLabs) to deliver these services.
ArtCoreAI operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system. Credits are purchased through Stripe and never expire. Credit prices and tool costs may change at any time. Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to adjust credit balances in case of billing errors.
You retain ownership of the prompts, character profiles, and other inputs you provide to ArtCoreAI. AI-generated content (images, videos, audio) is subject to the terms of the respective AI engine that produced it. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
You grant ArtCoreAI a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide our services. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes other than providing the services you requested.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unexpected results. ArtCoreAI does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using generated content appropriately.
When you connect social media accounts and publish content through ArtCoreAI, you are responsible for compliance with each platform's terms of service and community guidelines. ArtCoreAI is not liable for account restrictions or penalties imposed by social media platforms.
We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible. Third-party AI engine outages are beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FURIOUSTEAM FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ArtCoreAI, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ArtCoreAI in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FURIOUSTEAM FZCO, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of ArtCoreAI, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
ArtCoreAI offers an affiliate referral program. Affiliate commissions are earned when referred users make their first purchase. Commission rates and terms may change at any time. ArtCoreAI reserves the right to withhold or revoke commissions in cases of fraud or abuse.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
